Chasse en Afrique du Sud, Episode 5/5: L'Oryx
J'ai la chance de découvrir l'Afrique du Sud à la chasse, j'ai été invité par Norma pour chasser le grand gibier à l'approche...
Nous allons faire de nombreuses rencontres d'une faune sauvage extrêmement diversifiée. Damalisques à front blanc, springbok, impala, oryx et pleins d'autres...
Nous allons également nous faire de nouveaux amis et être accueillis comme des rois par Frontier Safari. Je vous enmène avec moi !
Ce cinquième et dernier épisode est l'aboutissement de toute la semaine, après avoir couru quelques jours après je vais démarrer l'approche la plus palpitante de ma vie derrière le graal de mon séjour: L'oryx!
Je l'ai expliqué dans la vidéo mais ça n'est pas uniquement de la "chasse-trophée", les animaux sont régulés selon un plan de gestion qui permet aux gestionnaires de maintenir, de diminuer ou d'augmenter les populations de gibiers, en fonction des objectifs, comme on peut le faire en France. De même la viande est intégralement consommée par les chasseurs, l'équipe sur place et fait vivre de nombreuses personnes et leur famille (et leurs chiens!)
